The WagerHome.com Pay Per Head Review

The WagerHome.com Pay Per Head Company

I wanted to try out their software right away but unfortunately, they did not have a readily available demo account. Instead, I had 2 choices. Call their toll-free number to see about getting a free demo account or fill out the form.

I Chose to fill out the form, and got an email back that said:

If you need a demo, or trial, setup before you are contacted please contact us by phone and we will get you taken care of as quick as possible. If you can’t call for a demo please reply with your current host provider and approximate # of players. Phone is the quickest way to get this done.”

So I tried to call, but no one answered. So, it looked like I was going to have to wait for them to call me back or send me an email.

A few days later, I was able to get access to a demo account. The problem with WagerHome.com, is that they have to create the Sportsbook Pay Per Head account for you. However, before they can do that, they require a deposit.

let’s just say that I was not impressed the process of opening a pay per head account with Wager Home.

To make a deposit with Wager Home they offer several different types of payments. These include: Bitcoin, MoneyGram, Bankwire, Money Order and Cashier’s Check. With these payment methods, I thought this was an offshore sportsbook instead of a pay per head company.

WagerHome.com Player and Agent Platform Review

The Sportsbook Management Platform and Software

WagerHome.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head

The bookie pay per head software management interface made the wait worth it. I like that it is clean and everything you need to operate your sportsbook can be easily found. However, I wish that I could see on my current handle and other relevant stats on the home screen. That way, when I login, I could immediately know what I need to take care of.

In terms of player management section, it offers all of the normal features. This includes setting betting limits to enabling and disabling specific gambling options.

The star of their bookie management system is probably the odds management feature. I have seen several lines management system but theirs is truly a work of art. It is easy to comprehend and changing, creating and editing lines is a breeze.

One complaint is their promotion and bonus section. It is a bit of a mess at first but once you get used to it, it is not so bad. It’s a good thing they a tutorial to their sportsbook interface!

Reports are pretty good which is an asset for bookies. Especially those that use pay per head metrics to monitor their goals and advertising campaigns. In addition,  they have excellent reports to help in player risk management.

The Player Gambling and Betting Platform

Players will enjoy using the betting platform to place their wagers. It looks like they put a lot of thoughts when they made the betting slip in terms of efficiency and aesthetics. This is because they were able to fit a lot of sports betting options without making it look like a mess.

We had no problem placing a bet an hour before game time which says a lot about their server capacity. As to the live betting, I don’t think it is worth the extra cost to have a bigger live betting market. When I compare it to other PPH providers, it is the same number of live betting markets. The difference is that most competitors do not charge extra for it.

Their casino is ok, but nothing to write home about.

Should I Use the WagerHome.com Sportsbook Pay Per Head Service?

WagerHome.com is a good choice in terms of having a top-of-the-line sportsbook management system. To us, what sets them apart from the competition is their betting lines management system. I like how it is a breeze to manage individual player betting lines.

On the player side, they have a decent betting slip platform that most bettors would find easy to use. However, I do not think that charging $9 per player for their standard package is worth it what they offer. I can get similar service and Pay Per Head Software features for almost half the cost.

The $12 per head premium package does offer more live in-game betting options. However, is it really worth an extra $3 per player? See what other bookies think about their pay per head service in our Bookie pay per head Forum.
