Topic starter

Weir is the top favorite. However, he is fading Catching Freedom, surprising bettors, including myself. I still think he will win the Kentucky Derby this year.

What are your picks for the race?

I am a veteran bookie who not only likes to take bets but also write article where I give a bookie point of view on various sports betting and gambling topics.

betting on horses is always fun, especially in the week leading up to it. Makes for a good conversation topic. An exacta is a bet where you pick which horse will place first and second. kind of like a parlay.  This horse betting tutorial is decent if you want to learn more about horse betting, https://thesportsinteraction.com/2023/06/28/how-to-bet-on-horses-for-beginners/

Whether you're a seasoned bettor or a newcomer, the Kentucky Derby offers many betting possibilities that cater to all experience levels. In addition to betting on the races, you can also make money by becoming a bookie. Create an online racebook and accept wagers with a pay per head solution.
