Is MLS betting really popular or do you find more action on international soccer leagues and tournaments more?

MLS is popular among my bettors. I'm from New York, and most of them bet on NY Red Bulls games. I do get bets on Premier League and UEFA tournaments.

its  popular but nowhere near as soccer leagues in Europe or Asia.  Since its the U.S. it doesnt compare to the NBA, MLB and the NFL but it is rising in popularity. Even though the numbers of viewers differ greatly depending on who you ask, they get about 480,000 to 1 million viewers for major matches.

I found that most American bettors will bet on the MLS instead of the Premier league. Of course, for FIFA, its everyone!

ask me anything you want about opening a sportsbook and How to Become a bookie

@fred4dmin yeah FIFA is pretty much a given when it comes to getting international bettors. I'm just interested if the MLS will be becoming even more popular now than it was before. You have this sudden influx of some pretty popular international soccer players who used to play in UEFA etc and now they are in the MLS. I guess we won't know until the season is over before we can see if ratings and betting increased this season. On my end the action seems to be increasing, but definitely not as much as other US pro leagues so I am wondering how much effort I should put on the league, promo-wise.
