They were a pretty good pay per head company 10 years ago and had a good price at only $9 per head(I imagine that's were they got the name from). They were one of the first pay per head software I had tried out. At the time they were pretty cutting edge. Especially because they had the option to be a credit or postup bookie.

I gave them up after a  2 years because their price per head couldn't keep up with their sportbook platform upgrades so it wasnt worth the price. Correct me if I'm wrong but I hear that today, they have made some pretty good improvements on their bookie mgt system though. If I wasnt already happy with my PPH, I would probably give them a trial run

I agree with Frank that they had a good run and then the quality of the PPH software just didnt keep up with the times. I did start using them again last year after they had an update to their software and their player sites and it is like a whole different company.

They have added a lot of new features like an easier way to change lines for individual players and group of players (via their player profiling tools) and I like that their prop bets have unusual things to bet on which makes my book more interesting for my players.

They also use a tier pricing system which starts at $5 per player which doesn't matter to me as I am just a recreational bookie but could be good for those that have a lot of players.
